Located at the top of the hill directly adjacent to Over The Top Bar & Grill, The Retreat offers comfortable, well-appointed rooms perfect for guests enjoying track days, race events, or a relaxing weekend away. Guests also have access to a shared indoor common area featuring a full kitchen and game room.

Singles 3–9 – Queen Bed Efficiency Rooms

Suite 10 – Two Bedroom Suite

Reservation Policy

  • Advanced reservations are strongly recommended.

  • All stays must be paid at the time of reservation or at check-in.

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival incur no charge.

  • Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival result in a one-night charge.

  • Two-night minimum stay required.

General Policies

  • All guests must wear the wristband provided at check-in. Only registered guests with wristbands are permitted in rooms.

  • Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

  • To support sustainability, daily housekeeping is not offered. Fresh towels and toiletries are available upon request.

  • Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM.

  • No pets allowed.

  • Service animals are welcome but may not be left unattended in guest rooms for the safety of staff and other guests.

Fees

  • Unreturned room keys: $25 per key

  • Smoking in the room: $500

  • Additional cleaning for pets in room: $200

  • Excessive cleaning: $400

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-In: 3:00 PM

  • Check-Out: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
